There is also a different storyline involving Dragos, set on Mars. A nice change of pace, and a welcome alternate perspective on the events surrounding Vance Uroboros’s corrupted global shutdown plan. As with the previous three books, the concepts are deeply imbedded in science, computers, and the jargon reflects this. With few resources to work with, Kale uses Vance Uroboros’ name and financial firm to try to save as many people as he can. It is written to address and explore the idea of technology that extends and expands the modern notion of identity, and the sort of dystopia that such technology could create. Enjoy..
