"Tracker: A Foreigner Novel" according to Zen Elder. As always, CJ Cherryh's Foreigner Series books are worth reading. This one was a bit sluggish getting started, and is really the setup for the next book, but an interim was needed, so It's nice to watch Cajieri growing up, although he's had a lot of challenges for a 9-yr. old kid. Not thrilled with the cover art on the last few books. They make Bren look about 55-60 years old. By my calculations, he's in his forties.. "Another great entry in the Foreigner series" according to Stephanie Jones. Cherryh's works are always fabulous, with great internal logic and worldbuilding. Her Foreigner series is a political thriller masterpiece, and Tracker continues the saga admirably. She has the unusual ability to create characters that don't detract from the original characters you fell in love with in the beginning. Great read..
