DESCRIPTION:
Written as a guide for lawyers new to patent litigation, this book helps to deal with common procedural issues and teaches how to avoid frequent pitfalls of practice. The lifecycle of patent litigation is thoroughly detailed from beginning to the summary judgment stage.
Good Summary, but Terribly Overpriced This book contains a nice brief summary of PRE-TRIAL patent litigation, and gives a newcomer an idea of the roadmap. However, the price is, in my opinion, absolutely too high for the thin content. Also worth noting, about half of the book is comprised of forms. These are useful, but shorten the amount of actual reading conside.
