For an Oxford Publication--they should be ashamed!! Very poor product for only beginners. has no reference or addendum of composers. The price is also far too excessive and the paper is about the worse grade we have seen in years! (NOTE: These comments are only regarding the paperback pocket edition. NOT the hardbound larger edition.. "Music dictionary" according to Jilda Buzzard. Thank you, I can finally read the definition of all the words associated with my music.. "DIsappointing" according to Paul Romary. Considering the source, a more descriptive dictionary of terms was expected. Instead, truncated definitions and a hit or miss selection of musical terms was delivered. Wasn't expecting the OED version for the price or length, but something more scholarly and complete.
