Terrible nonsense - the boastings of a man who hacked the victims of the Afghanistan war. Its a very very badly written book, full of inaccuracies. I would advice not to waste your money.. is clear from reading the book that there was great hurry to rush it to print Stephen Kimotho Maina It is clear from reading the book that there was great hurry to rush it to print. It has a number of typographical errors which basic editing should have picked up.
