Well as close as you can get over. THE GIG DELUSION Super Squirrel I was almost scared to read this 2nd book by Andy Kind, having loved his 1st , Stand Up and Deliver, SO very much. I neednt have worried. The Gig delusion is a riveting mixture of laugh out loud witty banter , well written storyline and a beautiful romance.Kind's pace , whether in describing the hilariously unrealistic challenge our hero faces, the beauty of his honestly soul searching romance or the timing of his jokes is perfect!He captures the "life" of the comedy circuit and co. Fab fab fab! Elle Draper I recognised Andy Kind's face so picked this book up quite happily. I was half expecting a "joke after joke after joke", but this book gave me much more.It really examines Andy's relationshiops with those around him his fiancee to be. his agent to be and his fellow comedians.I was hooked from about page 4 and thoroughly enjoyed it.Recommended for memoir lovers.
