Great idea. Really good workout. Adam D. This is really good. Really simple but really thorough. At first I thought the routines were too simple, but I can't believe how the advanced routine kicked my butt! I love that he combines some body weight exercises with free weight, like doing push ups right after doing chest press. And the whole workout too
