Fascinating! Terrifying!! REQUIRED READING This book provides a fairly comprehensive survey by which "The End of the World" (or at least of human civilization) might likely come about. Various scenarios, some of which most people have probably never heard of, are presented in summary - overview form. Each is assigned a three digit ranking for how likely the . interesting this book is a huge pageturner. i read it all very quickly and i am not a fast readerat all.. N. Williams said a strain on the literate mind. this book starts with a promise which goes unfulfilled. incredibly bad dialog and character development follows too hard on the heels of an intrigung opening scene. frankly it too quickly becomes an indulgent mess give this one a pass.
