Birdbrained Bandits Reading Fanatic My seven year old daughter got hooked on Nancy Drew and the Clue Crew when she received a box set that included the first five books in the series; The Nancy Drew and the Clue Crew Collection: Sleepover Sleuths; Scream for Ice Cream; Pony Problems; The Cinderella Ballet Mystery; Case of the Sneaky Snowman. Being a huge fan of the original Nancy Drew series, I was thrilled to see that Nancy had been reinvented as a third grader, with her best buds, Bess and George. In this story, Nancy, Bess, and George are excited about the upcoming River Heights . "This was a great book!!! I loved this awsome book!!!" according to A Customer. This story was about three girls that had someone or something trying to destory their school celebration! I loved this book and would be glad to tell anyone about it who would want to read about it and know about it too.. Great book! tama morgan As I read this book I realized that the older Nancy Drew books about eighteen year-old Nancy can be somewhat difficult for young mystery readers not only because of harder vocabulary but also because of different life circumstances. These books, about eight year-old Nancy, teach young aspiring readers more than the older Nancy Drew.
