Excellent book, we read over and over again! Every book by Maureen Garth is a gem. We are working on collecting all of them. It's a true gift to teach children how to relax using the mind. My 9 year old still loves the sweet meditations but we've shared with kids of all ages and they have all adored the boo. Maria P Cordoba said Love these books and my children do too!.
