Each day the child has to do one side of math and then the other side is either reading or writing, depending on the day. They are perfect to just keep your children using their minds over NMY I have used these books since my oldest son went to Kindergarten. They are perfect to just keep your children using their minds over the summer. Some of the pages are review from the previous school year and others are introducing new materials which I love. I feel like it gives my child a headstart for the school year. The lessons are short, 2 pages per day so it is manage. good if you use it. I buy these for my girls in hopes we will use them. They are great if you can stick to a schedule. For us though, it is Summer Vacation and we want to have fun. I think a smaller/shorter version would be better for my family.
