Good Starter Book This is a good book if you want to learn the basics of strength training. Chapter 11 Understanding Nutrition and Chapter 12 Sensible Eating and Weight Management are a plus. I thought the end notes at the end of each chapter was a good touch for people who desire to read more on the subjects. I was a little disappointed and expected more, but overall a decent book.
