"Horrible experience with this book/software!! Do not buy!" according to Paul Budra. This book was an absolute waste of money. The online access never worked properly and the rest of my class had issues as well. We bought it because it was a required text for our class and had nothing but problems. The customer service was awful and you would be waiting for days to resolve one issue only to hear that they are "still working on it". The system would consistently delete us out of the system or tell us that we had no access, so we would try and start over but then it would say our "access code" had already been redeemed- with an acc. Five Stars jenson Book came in great condition. "Five Stars" according to Jack H. Perry. Great quality
