Ugh Amazon Customer What a poorly written book. I am shocked that it had such a high star rating. Shallow describes all the characters in this book. Cheating, a revenge plot that made a character who throughout the book was normal look unhinged, and no follow through on development of plot. The writing itself did not flow well, either. I ampretty disappointed with this one.. Not what it appears I was deceived by high ratings. Book seems to have been written by a horny 7th grade girl. Dialogue is stilted and unnatural.. Lisee said Wanted to read a man's take on romance. Read pretty much like expected. Pretty straightforward without A lot of flowery language. I didn't love it or hate it, and i really understood a lot of the inner turmoil which was presented very realistically. I didnt always agree with the choices of the characters, but that didn't take away from the book. Nothing really drew me in but I did find myself curious as to where things were going and how it would end up. There was just something missing that I can't quite put my finger on. I think there was a little too much telling versus showing. All in all I think the book is more Wanted to read a man's take on romance Read pretty much like expected.
