Jim Koch has clearly thought a great deal about how to run a company, and his wisdom here is worth far more than the price I paid for the book. This isn't so much a how-to guide for starting a business or even a biography. Rather, the book reads as a series of anecdotes that progress roughly from the beginning of the Boston Beer Company to the present day.
