PlusOne The CD-Rom that contains the extra tests does not work.There is a known problem with the software, and there is no patch or support. You cannot use the practice tests, unless you are inclined to look up the answers for each of the 3 tests, at 300 questions per test.When I called Prentice Hall, they basically said they were sorry, and hung up.
