It gives you tons of ideas on how to have effective management, quick routines, and most of all tons of activities for pretty much every subject. His other books are full of awesome games as well. I highly recommend this and all of his books to help run an effective, fun and engaging Phys Ed Program - especially at the elementary level. Middle and High School I would recommend buying his other books before this one.
