great textbook altanticcitytvd This is a book you would get if you went to school to become a makeup artist. It is not a 'general information' book about makeup. I am familar with the Milady brand, because it is the same textbook I used in school to become a hairstylist/barber. This has tons of information in it, such as the history of makeup, to types of foundations, brushes, etc. This is a great book. "LOVE IT!!" according to Jess. Exactly what I was hoping for! It really teaches you about makeup, and the history behind it. Goes over sanitation and what brushes are made for, and so much more. It's AWESOME!! It's perfect for beginners and some of those that are inspiring makeup artists. ONLY negative is the book is SOOOOO heavy! I wished I had waited for the paperback book to come out..
