Bernard Chapin said Solid Stuff. This is a heckuva compendium for working out. Most of it I already knew, but the fact is--over the years--I've forgot a lot of the movements depicted. Personally, I always try to get in 60 minutes per work out, but I can see how this would really inspire folks who only have a half hour or less.
