Medical terminology w/ flashcards and cd's new student this was a required text for class. I wanted the full package and got it. As other discriptions stated they did not have flashcards- make your own-- I AGREE. i did do just that. the cards supplied were not all the ones I needed.The CD's attracted me because I thought It would offer the Audio lesson I could use to aid memorization. WRONG. They only helped with pronounciation. they read the terms but. Great Learning Tool McGuire This book was great. The text was easy to follow and the questions and exercises throughout the chapters, audio CD and flashcards helped me master this new language. And that's how the book treats this subject: as a new language. Because it basically is. It takes you through prefixes and suffixes and then builds off those into the words they are used in.
