You just see a player has got it, but it is difficult for you to explain what that or those abilities really are - then read this excellent book by David Sammel that Dissecting and deconstructs those hidden abilities and step by step teaches you how you can help yourself or your players achieve "The Lockerroom Pow. One Star Not well written and nothing new. Staying Tough: working on your mental side under stress. I initially bought this book out of professional interest but then realised it was a perfect manual for a player I had been training for a Division 1 Tennis Scholarship. Key was to arm her with a reference book that she could go to and use as a benchmark to remind her to stay positive in a difficult new challenge/situation away from home & to help her establish a locker room presence.
