I love the idea of librarian warriors. the libriomancers going to battle remind me a little of Merlin vs. mad madam Mim; limited only by their imaginations. the intellectual and emotional struggle of Isaac regarding Lena's situation and her very nature was refreshing. very nice to get away from the traditional, "oops! we fell into bed together for almost no apparent reason".. Great read This book takes a simple idea that every book lover has had at some point, and turned it into a great story. Who wouldn't want the ability to reach into their favorite book and pull out an item? But beyond the concept, the story was engrossing and thrilling. Hoping the rest of the series is just as good!
