DESCRIPTION:
Acceptable as a fast introduction Dimitri K The book is too short and overpriced. But the author did some work to adapt and simplify the online documentation. When I had one day to get familiar with Kafka, I read the Kindle version and it helped.. "Ok as concept introduction." according to MaasSql. If I had someone just starting on Kafka, I would get them to read this book.It is not a must have manual, nor should one rely on it for technical correctness.I found it to be an easy read.. VP said Overly priced and no explanation of concepts. It is very short and badly written book. Not much explanation of the concepts.Author doesn't seem to have a clue of any MOM concepts either.Very few code examples. And, overly priced.
