Samantha Kurlick said Five Stars. good book. Elementary Indy If you have to get this textbook for a class, you're stuck. It's easy to read, but in a "I'm trying to explain something to a 5th grader that I think they're not old enough to understand" kind of way. It does do a good job of explaining basic communication theories. Really is just annoying to read is all.. unable to communicate with seller Caroline English I had a question about returning the book I bought. Since the return policy was not listed on the seller's web page, I sent them several e-mails, which I did not receive replies to. I was dissatisfied that the seller of the book was not able to communicate with me regarding this issue and I would not buy another product from this seller.
