"Highly readable introduction to Polarity" according to Lisa Linnell-Olsen. This book is the clearest introductory polarity book I have found. Seidman gives a good introduction to the very detailed energy-based healing system of Polarity. This book is a good place to begin studying polarity. The original texts written by Dr. Stone quickly move into esoteric principles, and other polarity books either simplify things so much that not much polarity is included, or the books suffer from difficult explanations of the concepts.Seidman's book uses illustrations to show hand positions, and clear explanations of what to do and how polarity is thought to work. Th. "Polarity Therapy" according to Carol Hanson. Timely service and as described. I really prefer to know the editions publish date as I seek issues from 1999 and newer if possible. Picture helps but not always what I get.
Seidman is also a co-founder of Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts, Santa Cruz. Mr. . He currently teaches the Polarity Balancing Certification Program at many of the leading massage schools and centers throughout the United States.
