I have used a few of these books and they are very well written. Using the CD along with it is the best, since you can hear how the music is supposed to hear. Very progressive, and complete.. "Excellent learning tool" according to Roger G. Dispenza. Very pleased with this purchase. The CD that should come with the book is a must, particularly if your a new guitarist like I am. It was also shipped very fast. It came in two days. I was very pleased. The book was used and in better condition then advertised
