Great Teaching Tools These flash cards contain descriptive summaries paired with beautifully rendered illustrations of common freshwater macroinvertebrates. The cards are well-laminated, and fairly indestructible. They proved to be very useful for an aquatic macroinvertebrate in-stream collection and keying exercise involving middle school-aged students.
The 4 inch wide by 6 inch high cards are printed in full color on synthetic material with uv-resistant ink.. In addition, a booklet containing diagrams of body structures, a glossary of terms, and suggestions for using the cards will accompany each set.
