"Not quite in the same league as his others" according to A Customer. Douglass is the victim of his own excellence. I have used his cruising books for Puget Sound, BC, and Alaska and have found them superb. This one is not quite in the same league.An annoying nit is that it includes a lot of page fillers, such as suggested routes to Alaska (reproduced from his Alaskan guide. Very good Excellent guide. Gives information just not available anywhere else. Almost as good as having a friend in every bay!
