This series does a good job of putting it into plain language and gives really good examples. I recommend it.. Great Book, but not for the MPRE Well written and informative. Unusually lucid for a book on the law. Author occasionally lets his politics slip, but it's his book after all.This would be a good companion text for any professional responsibility course in law school. It goes over the Model Code, Model Rules and Restatement. It discusses conflicting policy considerations and alternative resolutions reached by different courts. Good stuff.
