"Endocrine "Secrets"" according to Peter Kopp. Overall this is a useful book to provide a rapid overview about practical aspects of general endocrinology. It is a great starting point for internal medicine residents and fellows. "Secrets" may not be the right word: it is a good overview of essential practical knowledge about pathophysiology, diagnostic approaches and therapeutic modalities.The chapters are somewhat uneven in terms of depth: some are quite detailed (e.g. diabetes in pregnancy), others would warrant slightly more detail and updating (as well as elimination of most.
