Easy to read and usually pretty well edited. The peds section is a little lacking. While it does go over the basics of treatment it really doesn't go into surgical techniques, exposures or other surgical points.. Proper reference for the generalist, etc. As far as I can tell, so far, after using the book for a few days, the stuff that is rare is not necessarily in this bookOne can find the rare stuff on Google, etc. The book has shown itself to be well-worth the small cost.
