You should give it a read. Conscripts--a well written action/sci-fi novel I loved this book. The storyline was exceptionally well thought out, and characters stayed in character throughout the book. I enjoyed the timeline and explanations of travel, training, and place. I really liked the fact that scenes were well described, but not to the point of over explanation. the storyline moved right along and left me waiting to read the second book. I guess I will pass the waiting by reading "Concripts" again!. "Can not wait for book 2" according to Raxkoybin. Patrick seems to have an innate skill to understand the emotions going through a persons mind during hardships and stressful situations. The events in this book are a outstanding look into the a groups ability to over come and adapt. As a science fiction fan, I for one can not wait for the rest of the series.
