I am not sure what I would do if I knew I was in the midst of two murderers who could very well take my life at any moment just like they did everyone else. But let's recap- back in 2005, Philly police found a murdered black woman in a ditch and they just passed it off in typical PA fashion as just another black wo. Five Stars Arlene F.
