jo said Didn't receive this book. I actually didn't receive this book. I received Abnormal Psychology by Kring, Davidson, Neale, and Johnson 10th ed. I didn't have time to reorder as my subject had started and so I had to purchase a more expensive ebook version. I was disappointed as I've never had issues before.. Well Worth It Though I've not been through all the cases in this book as of this review, those I have read thus far have proven to be very informative. The cases themselves as well as the history, etiology, discussions and treatment are fascinating. In this book you will find conditions that fit someone you know or have known, maybe even yourself at some point in your life. My experience with major depressive disorder (296.2/DSM IV) a few years ago was brought into a new light by the. "few of the case studies and so far so good. I wish they presented case studies from more" according to Desi I. I've only read a few of the case studies and so far so good. I wish they presented case studies from more recent decades. A few of the case studies you could tell were from the 80's or 70's which is fine, but I wanted more recent case studies. Other than that, it is a well written book.
