Gregory B. Lawson said Buffalo Medicine for the Soul. I couldn't put this book down, the best read I have had in years. As a National Park Service Ranger, I was looking forward to reading this book, which promised to be a thriller based on real issues at Yellowstone National Park. Wow, was I not disappointed. April Christofferson has written an action packed . An outstanding, thought-provoking novel The best books are those that are educational and entertaining at the same time. This is definitely one of those books!I read Buffalo Medicine at the same time government officials were contemplating allowing the massacre of 300 Yellowstone buffalo. While April Christofferson is a fiction writer, she uses. Patrick Crowe said A quick read but not a great one. Christofferson is best in the woods--Alpha Female and Trapped--and she is almost there here but her characters are a bit over the top and the split romance between the main character and the two female characters just doesn't always feel right. Lots of twists as expected with this author but not her best
