If you get only one review book, this is the one I bought 3 different board review books for the ABIM internal medicine recertification exam This is the one that I found most helpful, and I would have been fine studying this one alone. The level of depth and detail was about right, and the questions were fairly representative of what would be on the test. It takes a while to go through it, and you need to have some background understanding of the material. If you only get one book, I would make it this one.
