This book is organized and easy to understand.Also, The book is in a very good condition and no writing in it. No difference between new and used one. Thx. "Good Study Aid" according to Carolin Pacheco. My Environmental Law Professor used this instead of a casebook and I am glad he did! It has great outlines and summaries of the law. Understanding the statutes is easier after reading this book. However, this is merely a supplement - YOU HAVE TO READ THE STATUTES!. but there's some good stuff inside Eric Hillstrom Very wordy law book. A little difficult to understand, but there's some good stuff inside.
