"I do believe healing can only begin with nutrition" according to Cheryl. I like the information in the book but if you are anal about typos, then this book is not for you. There are plenty of typos. This seems to be a self-published book and although the information is good, I'm amazed she didn't proofread it or maybe that was out of her hands, I don't know.She bases most of her theories on the Gerson Therapy which is, that toxicity and deficiency are at the root of all disease, which I wholeheartedly believe in. She says her work is also based on a few others, namely Bernard Jensen and Ann Wigmore, to name the most recognizable names.She claims you strengthen the immune system first by
