"Missing a LOT of crucial information. OK at "free", steep at 99 cents -- at least in its current form." according to Michael Pepper. Very basic stuff, useful as far as it goes. I paid 99 cents, but free is just a touch steep. Lots of extra words at the beginning and some really essential things are missing. For example; when you get to the part about the IDE software, the author tells you "1. Download the Arduino IDE through their website." Unfortunately he neglects to explain who "they" are or to include the URL of the website!A couple of steps later the author instructs that,. Pretty basic. J. King This is pretty basic. You can read through it in less than 5 minutes. I'm new to Arduino and it looks like everything contained here can be easily found on Arduinos website or the numerous Arduino support sites. Covers the very basics but little else Sears Tanner I bought this in Kindle version and would not recommend it in that form, hence the three stars. The content is OK and does instruct well but it is very simplistic as the title says "Beginners". In reviewing other beginner Arduino books for higher prices they seem to give more content and projects which might be better if you really want to get started with micro processor design/build and coding.
