Among Friends answered so many questions for me! Laura I received a copy of Sanelli's Among Friends as a gift. I don't understand the previous reviewer's comment because, to me, the writing is beautiful, engaging, and captivating. All through the book I kept thinking how much the author and I are alike, and how many questions she answers for me about the complicatedness of certain friendships.I enjoyed her insights about her relati. "Diarrhea of the pen" according to Steffi. This read like a teenager's diary. Can't believe this woman would write such obvious, sophomoric views of friendship. As I read I kept wondering when I was going to get some really valuable insights into friendship. I never did, nor did I even bother to finish the book. Another book I had to read for the book club.
