"awful, don't chose this book!" according to theexplicator. This is by far the worst resource that I have ever used in law school. I get that it reads like a hornbook, but it doesn't succinctly state the law like a hornbook. The entire book is basically one 800 page chapter, which is subdivided by unhelpful pointheadings such as "automobiles" or "technology." The law is given in page after page of excerpts of black letter law, followed by unmemorable explanatory parentheticals stating a few key facts. Many key issues are raised, then resolved twe. A++ Very well written, quick and easy read, focused material and content.. Three Stars Lara Marie more highlighting and writing in book than I had anticipated
