A Must Have!! ssirish I bought this book after being frustrated with the lack of vocabulary my children have in the classroom. After speaking with my child's teacher about the lack of weekly vocabluary, and that the children were OBVIOUSLY not going to get this in the public school.I decided to buy this book to use as an at-home tool for my 6th grader (I also bought the 3rd grade version for my younger child).Each lesson has 10 vocab words with definitions, and then 5-6 activities to complete using these words. I first review the definitions with my child and give an example of how it might be used in a sentence. I then let he. Great book for 4th grader sangeeta I ordered this book as summer reading for my 8 years old who was starting his grade 4. He is not someone who enjoys activity book but he found this one better than others. I found the content appropriate for him and excercise were good too.. JGB said Great!. I have these books in several different grade levels so I can differentiate vocabulary for my students. Very well written.
